This is a peaceful neighborhood—perfect for families or a relaxing couples’ getaway. The backyard feels like your own private resort, featuring a large pool and spa surrounded by comfortable lounging areas. Tall bamboo lines the yard, creating a serene and very private setting. The home itself offers 3 bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms. The primary bedroom features an Eastern king bed, the second bedroom has a California king, and the third bedroom includes a queen bunk with an XL twin on top—great for kids or additional guests. After a day at the nearby beach or relaxing by the pool, unwind in the living room with the cozy fireplace and a large 85" TV.
House Rules
Must be 25 or older to rent. One adult 25 years of age or older must accompany minors staying in the home at all times. 1. All Guests (and any Visitors) must comply with all House Rules and any other instructions from the Property Manager during their stay. 2. Guests must notify the Property Manager of any disputes or complaints from neighbors as soon as reasonably practicable. 3. Guests are fully responsible for the safety and security of their children at all times, as well as any disturbance caused to other residents in the Neighborhood; 4. Guests and Visitors must keep noise to a minimum as not to disturb the occupants of neighboring properties – especially during nighttime hours (e.g. 10pm – 9am), and upon arrival and departure; 5. Excessive noise is prohibited at all times and may result in termination of the Airbnb rental agreement, eviction, loss of rental paid and extra charges which may be deducted from the Security Deposit; 6. Guests are allowed a maximum of 4 Visitors at any time during their stay. 7. Guests are responsible for ensuring maximum visitor numbers are not exceeded; and that. Visitors are complicit with these House Rules. 8. Any additional overnight Visitors must be approved in advance during the booking process and are subject to an additional fee as noted in the price. 9. Parties and large gatherings of any kind are strictly prohibited at the Airbnb Rental 10. Guests and any Visitors are to comply with parking regulations and other requirements set out below and show consideration to neighbors and other vehicles; and Parking arrangements at the Airbnb Rental are as follows: Parking in the two car enclosed garage 11. Guests are to dispose of Garbage and Recycling in accordance with the usual practice at the Airbnb Rental (as set out below) in the allocated trash cans, and excess rubbish must not be left in public or common areas; and Garbage and Recycling arrangements at the Airbnb Rental are as follows: Please place garbage and recycling in the respective bins in the outdoor enclosure next to the driveway. 12. Any time Guests leave the Airbnb Rental, it is their responsibility to ensure all windows and doors are closed/locked to maintain security and prevent rain and water damage. 13. Guests must switch off lights, air conditioning, fans, electronics such as televisions when not in use to promote energy saving. It is not permitted to leave the air conditioning on when Guests are absent from the Airbnb. 14. The Hot tub/ Swimming pool is only to be used between the hours of 7 am and 11 pm. For safety reasons, it is not permitted to use any glassware in or around the pool area. Failure to comply with this rule will result in a fine deducted from the security deposit 15. Guests must supervise any babies and children at all times when using the Outdoor Yard, Pool, Deck and Balcony areas. Specific Deck and Balcony rules are as follows: No climbing or sitting on the deck handrail at any time. 16. Smoking is not permitted inside or on the grounds of the property. 17. Pets are not permitted at the property. 18. Fire pit and bbq are to be turned off immediately after use. Any damage to fire pit or bbq or their surrounds from improper or neglectful use is the responsibility of the renter(s). 19. All Damages and Breakages must be reported to the Property Manager as soon as reasonably practicable. Failure to report them will likely result in a penalty deduction from the security deposit. To avoid Damages and Breakages, no furniture is to be moved from one room to another without prior agreement. Also; No bathroom towels are to be removed from the property (i.e. for beach use). Separate beach towels are provided for this purpose. 20. Rules for key handover, security, cleaning, garbage, etc. are as follows: All doors are to be locked (including the garage) and the key is to be left inside the lockbox and the lockbox closed and locked. 21. In the event of an emergency relating to the Airbnb, your emergency contact is: Pam Law 22. Breach of any of these House Rules is a breach of the Terms and Conditions of occupancy as per the Rental Agreement. The Owner and Manager reserve the right to terminate permission to occupy and to evict from the Airbnb Rental, any Guests or Visitors who refuse to follow these House Rules or who cause a nuisance to neighbors or other residents of the community. 26. POOL POLICY – Diving or jumping into any pool or hot tub may result in head, neck, or spinal injuries. Renters are to familiarize themselves with the steps, baja shelf, and benches beneath the water surface prior to using the pool. You accept all risk of the pool or hot tub and specifically agree that no minor will swim unaccompanied by an adult. Pools and hot tubs have electrical/mechanical components. These components can sometimes malfunction. Management company, property owner and its vendors cannot be held responsible for any malfunctioning pool or hot tub. Please inform us as soon as possible if your pool or hot tub is not working properly. We will take all reasonable steps to rectify any problems with malfunctioning equipment as quickly as possible, however, no compensation or refund will be given for a malfunctioning pool or pool heater.
Other Details to Note
Please note that for any stay over 30 days, we will require an additional long term rental agreement to be signed via DocuSign in accordance with California long-term rental laws. If the long-term document is not signed, the reservation will be subject to cancellation.

The actual property is about 400ft to the sand but there’s a bluff so the stair access is about a 7-min walk. It's located almost equal distance between Beacons/Grandview. At the access there is also a public parking lot if you decide to drive to the beach.
